II. Curriculum Development System
1. School-Based Course
Offer drone training courses during after-school hours on campus, focusing primarily on popularizing drone-related theoretical knowledge and providing hands-on flight experiences.
2. Extracurricular Classes
In the school-based course, students interested in drones will be selected for specialized flight training to enhance their hands-on skills. They will then take the graded certification exam administered by the China Aviation Learner Pilots Association (ChALPA) and receive official certificates upon successful completion.
3. Competition Class
Identify students with flying talent in the interest classes, provide competitive training, and participate in Ministry of Education-approved white-listed competitions.
3. Verification

The rules for the Youth Aviation Science and Technology Innovation Education System Assessment (Little Pilot Rating Exam) specify that the exam is divided into two categories: the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Technical Proficiency Test and the Aviation Technical Proficiency Test. (1) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Technology Proficiency Exam The "Little Pilot" drone technology skills development course and its proficiency rating system are designed specifically for children aged 5 to 12—targeting young learners who have already entered either kindergarten’s senior class or primary school. The rating system is divided into seven levels: Preparatory, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6. Notably, applicants can skip levels when advancing from Preparatory through Level 3, but must progress sequentially from Level 4 to Level 6. (II) Aviation Technical Competency Examination The "Little Pilot" Aviation Skills Development Program and Level Assessment System is primarily designed for teenagers aged 13 to 18 who have already entered secondary education. The assessment system is divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with each level requiring a step-by-step application process. | (III) Certificate Diagram ![]() |
