The company strictly centers on precision manufacturing management, integrating upfront preparation, process control, and quality oversight.

Early-stage preparation involves precisely identifying customers and market demands, aligning performance requirements with specific application scenarios—whether consumer-grade, industrial-grade, or specialized fields—while optimizing and finalizing the structural design and production planning. Material procurement should carefully select body materials such as carbon fiber composites and ABS plastic based on their intended use, along with essential electronic components like flight controllers and sensors. Additionally, it’s crucial to establish a robust supplier evaluation system and maintain strategic safety stock levels to ensure supply chain stability.

The four key stages of the production process are: 1. **Body Component Machining**: Precision parts are manufactured using CNC machine tools, with tight control over dimensional tolerances. 2. **Electronics Assembly**: This stage involves PCB board soldering, circuit debugging, and sensor calibration to ensure robust communication capabilities. 3. **Assembly**: Focus is placed on ensuring the reliability of individual components as modules are integrated into the body and electronic systems. 4. **Testing & Calibration**: Final steps include parameter adjustments and flight tests to thoroughly validate all system performances.

Leveraging new materials and advanced technologies to enhance performance, such as basalt fiber and 3D printing; implementing comprehensive quality control across the entire process, from incoming material inspection to in-process quality checks and final product traceability; and relying on automated equipment and an industrial internet platform to enable efficient production and intelligent management—while ensuring strict adherence to manufacturing standards.
